HOLIDAY FLAT IN STIRLING - £90 per night

Our stylish ground-floor flat in Stirling is available for holiday lets to friends and those with personal recommendations. It has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to three people, as well as an infant up to the age of two. There is ample free parking outside, and a high-speed internet connection.

The flat is in peaceful grounds on the banks of the River Forth, overlooking the ancient ruins of Cambuskenneth Abbey. It is a twenty-minute walk from the city centre and the station, with frequent trains to Edinburgh and Glasgow, and direct services to London. It's ideal for a city break, as a quiet getaway for work and study, or as a base from which to explore Scotland.​

Stirling and Further Afield

Stirling is the gateway to the Highlands, and is a historic city with many local attractions. There are frequent train services to Edinburgh (50 minutes), Glasgow (30 minutes), and Inverness (3 hours).

 

Within walking distance of the flat:

  • Stroll across the footbridge and explore the ancient ruins of Cambuskenneth Abbey (free entry from 1st April to 30th September between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm)

  • Enjoy a stroll along the river with views towards the Wallace Monument and the Ochil Hills, or cross the footbridge and explore footpaths  through the fields on the other side

  • Stroll along the river to Vue Multiplex Cinema

  • ​Walk into Stirling Old Town and visit famous medieval sites such as Stirling Castle, the Church of the Holy Rood, and the Old Jail

  • ​Enjoy a meal at one of Stirling's restaurants —we recommend Mamma Mia (Italian), Mediterranea (Mediterranean), Brea (Scottish)

  • Stop for a drink and a pub supper in The Golden Lion where Rabbie Burns used to drink, enjoy live music with your drink and meal in the well-known Nicky-Tams Pub and Bothy, or visit Stirling's oldest pub, The Settle Inn

Loch Lomond, the Trossachs, the Fife Coast and the famous city of St Andrews are all within a two-hour drive, and you can be in the Highlands in less than three hours.

The flat is available for a minimum of three nights, at a cost of £90 per night for up to three people, and one infant under the age of two. To check availability, please go to the Airbnb listing. Private bookings are cheaper than through Airbnb, but we only accept private bookings from people we know or through personal recommendations.
